We use Letters and Sounds to teach phonics in Early years and Key Stage 1.
To teach reading in Key Stage 1 we use books from several schemes that are phonetically plausible (including Project X). In Key Stage 2 we use high quality books selected by the children and generally read the whole text and base our teaching around that text.
