  • Parent Pay

    Wed 20 Dec 2017

    Dear Parents and Carers,

Like many schools we spend a lot of time collecting in money for activities, dinners, trips and clubs. All of this money has to be counted and then banked. This takes a lot of time by Office staff. However, we are still unable to take card payments – something we are often asked to do.

To help with this we have decided from January to use ParentPay. This system means that you will be able to pay by cash or card and you will be able to pay online as well. With this letter you will get a letter explaining the scheme and how it works and all the information you need to set up an account.

Once the account is set up you will be able either to pay online or take letters for trips into the shops and pay there. We hope this will make life simpler for you but also free up our Office staff to have more time to answer questions and help you may need. We will still be able to monitor who has paid for things and be able to remind you if you haven’t.

As a result, from the start of term in January we will no longer be accepting payments in the school Office. We will, of course, be more than willing to help you with any questions you have. I hope you find this service useful. If you still owe any money from the Autumn term please make sure you pay it as soon as you can.

    Yours sincerely,

    A James

    Fri 08 Dec 2017

Due to the expected heavy snow at 2pm you may collect your children from 1.30pm. This is optional but may help you avoid the worst of the snow later. Children not collected until hometime will continue with their work as normal.
