Knowledge organisers in Y1 .

We have started our new academic year by learning about the fascinating topic of Castles.

Teachers have prepared a lovely Knowledge organiser for children and parents where you will see what your children in Y1 will learn such as key vocabulary, key information, and interesting websites. You will find this document attached below, please.

Enjoy our learning!

What is new?

As there are only a few weeks left of this term and Academic year, there is a change in the focus of the home learning we are setting. We are asking you to complete activities and tasks that focus on any gaps that the children may have because of not being in school so they are prepared for Year 2. If you have found, while working with your child, any areas that they have struggled with or you feel they need some extra practice at, then please let us know through email (year1homework@langleyprimary.com) and we will happily provide extra work or guidance.
