Dear Parents and Carers
Residential Visits & Year 5 Safari Park Trip
As you are aware we have a Year 5 trip arranged to the Safari Park in April and two residential visits booked for this year. Frank Chapman for Year 4 from 27 th April - 1 st May and Edgmond Hall for Year 2 from 6 th – 8 th July.
With the current situation we are not sure whether these visits will be able to take place. We realise that many of you have paid in full for these trips or at least paid a deposit towards them.
We would like to reassure you that in the event of these visits being cancelled that your money will be refunded in full. This will not be able to happen, however, until the visits are officially cancelled by the Centres. It may then take a week or two for any refund to be processed.
